Your First Consultation is Free: Consultation 1: You are the one for the job!

Entrepreneurship: the word that many despise; the word that comes with misconceptions, facades, and lots of miscommunication.

The purpose of this article series is to dive deep into giving true and candid advice to today’s entrepreneurs.

I also want to break away from the false culture of the “get rich quick” entrepreneurship mentoring that has given true entrepreneurs and small business owners false hopes, bad reputations, and faulty advice.

Welcome to “Your First Consultation is Free”, where every consultation is free, so we can all grow our businesses in healthy and helpful ways for our community!

You are the one for the job!

...But what does that mean?

On the surface, it means that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

There is also a deeper meaning to this, that everyone going for their dream can relate to: this is that when a passion or dream is placed in your heart, you are the person to bring it to fruition.

No one can do exactly what you can do, exactly how you can do it.

When I began painting glassware, I knew that I had something inside me that I needed to share with the world.

While the product itself was the beginning, the paint party events, inspiring other women on their journey in entrepreneurship, and breaking barriers of inequality was the purpose and dream.

I knew I was the one for the job, because of the obstacles that I have faced in life.

I had the experience of resilience, building from scratch, launching in a metered approach, and doing things without inheritance or spousal support.

Accomplishing this allows me to be passionately inspired and  to connect others with opportunities and networks from a genuine place in my heart.

This empowers me to be the one for the job!

Whatever your passion, you are the one that is made for it!

Regardless of the area of your expertise, you have to go for it with your entire heart; you may be an accountant by day, but have a passion for bringing joy to others with your hat designs.

You are the one for the job! You are the one called to design those hats!

It may take being an accountant for five years to realize the dream of living off of your hat design business, but with faith and trust it is going to happen.

Keep believing in yourself and taking strategic steps, because you are the person for the job!
