Chiles High School Performing Arts proudly presents its upcoming spring musical production, Anastasia: The Musical. Anastasia: The Musical is a captivating tale of hope, identity, and the search for home, set against the backdrop of the Russian Empire and Paris in the 1920s. This enchanting musical follows Anya, a young amnesiac woman who bears a striking resemblance to Anastasia Romanov, the last surviving daughter of Russia’s last czar. Haunted by her mysterious past, Anya joins forces with the dashing conman, Dmitry, and the lovable ex-aristocrat, Vlad, embarking on an epic adventure to discover her true identity. With a majestic score by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, and engaging story from Terrence McNally, Chiles High School’s production of Anastasia: The Musical promises a visual and auditory feast, complete with stunning costumes, breathtaking sets, and an unforgettable journey to the past.
