The Tallahassee Soccer Club is Tallahassee’s local American soccer club that competes in the National Premier Soccer League and  has officially kicked off its 12-game season.

The club, currently coached by head coach Josh Bruno, formerly played in the Gulf Coast Premier League, started with its season opener on April 30 against the Jacksonville Armada FC.

Six of these games are home matches that will take place at Gene Cox Stadium, 601 Paul Russell Road.

Chris Petley, the founder and president of the club, is excited about the potential that this season has and the opportunities the club can provide to players.

Of this season, Petley says, “we hope to provide our players with the experience of playing at the highest level in our area; continue to put on a great show for our local fans and make the playoffs.”

Something the club is really honing in on this season is the game day experience for fans.

“We will have competitions to win shirts and other merchandise, two food trucks at every game, and other excitement to make it just a wonderful Saturday night out with the family,” shared Petley.
